Mission Statement
Our mission is to provide basic computer training skills to members of the church who have a willingness to learn, maintain the church website, and provide technical support for all in-house computers.

History

The ministry started in 2003 from the vision of one member and has continued with the support of volunteers with various computer experience and skills. A number of computer classes ranging from beginners to advance have been facilitated.

Some very generous companies and individuals donated the computers and equipment for the computer lab. We currently have a small number of computers to maintain and support.

Classes

The computer classes we offer provide a basic understanding of computer operations, terminology, and some fundamental knowledge of what software is and how it is used. We offer a Beginners class for those who have never used a computer or know how to use a mouse. We offer an Intermediate class for those who have some basic PC (personal computer) skills, but would like to learn more.

For those of you who have a great fear of computers; remember, "It won't bite and you can't break it"! Contrary to what some people think computers are not evil. They are tools that, like many things that God gives us, can be used for good or bad. Great and wonderful things can be accomplished using a computer.

How can you help?

• Volunteer to be a teacher
• Volunteer to be a technician (be able to install an operating system and/or installation of internal computer components)
• Repair and refurbish computers
• Donate and/or solicit donations of personal computers (PCs) and materials
• Sign up to become a volunteer of student today!
